D&D Services ensures that all employees are provided with the right training to complete tasks safely and effectively.

All D&D Services employees undertake the D&D Safety Induction and are adequately certified according to the WorkCover OH&S Construction Induction training program prior to commencing associated works.

D&D Services also provide training in:

• Risk Management
• Safe Manual Handling and
• Work Cover OH&S Consultation

Our HSE Manager Ryan Kellen is qualified to conduct BlueScope Steel Inductions including;

• General Induction Level I & II
• Isolation Lock Level I and
• Road & Rail Inductions

All training records are recorded electronically and regular reviews occur to ensure all training and certification is up to date.
